Attachments

• There is a new page in Preferences called Attachments
• The "Automatically create Attachments Folder in Jobs" option has been removed. The folders are created automatically as needed when Attachments are added to a Job.
• The option to "Include Customer Name in Folder name" has been expanded to be used in all tables that can have a Customer Code.
• When the location of the Attachments folder is changed, any existing contents in the Attachments folder are moved to the new location
• When cloning Estimates, the Estimate Attachments are cloned as well.
• When deleting Estimates and RFQs, their Attachments are also deleted.

Estimates

• The weight of the finished pieces is now being calculated.
• The Bindery selector dialog now displays more information to the user about the configuration of the Bindery Activity so that we don't have to go into the "Database" button as often to check.

Jobs

• When returning to a Job after making a change to the Paper used or number of parent sheets, the dialog telling the user that something has changed with the paper, if they click the "NOW" button, the PO Manager or Paper Inventory Manager dialog is displayed instead of simply taking them to the Paper tab of the Job. Red text on the dialog tells the user what needs to be addressed.

Paper

• The display format for sheets now shows up to 999,999,999. Currently used when displaying paper quantities in the Job and Paper entry screens.

Purchase Orders

• When adding a Paper item on a PO, holding the Shift key down when clicking in the paper selector or when initially opening the dialog will show Papers from all Vendors instead of only the Vendor assigned to the PO. This is to help people ordering at the last minute from one of several Vendors.

Web2Print

• When downloading Product Orders from a Pressero site, any associated files are now downloaded using cURL.
• Web2Print Users and Shipping Locations now include Country in all addresses in order to facilitate international shipping.

General

• The internal sequence numbering system has been reverted to using multi-process methodology to restore the ability to get sequence numbers in areas using internal transactions.
• We improved text handling of internal strings of user entered data to better handle rarely used characters like ", /, \, §, etc.

Estimates

• When cloning from a Template, the "Keep Job Name" checkbox is once again honored.
• When cloning a Digital Estimate, the Job Number is copied to the LastJobNumber field for each component and carries over to the Jobs when converted.
• Fixed an issue when adding a new Contact from the Contact selection dialog, the window for the Contact entry screen was getting closed, causing a freeze for the user.
• In Digital Estimates, the header title at the top of the screen now changes to reflect the Job of the current component
• When cloning from a Template, the automatic PrePress items are not added so that the new Estimate is a true clone of the Template.
• A Bindery item of Time Based Packing now stores the information on the actual box used. Previously it only grabbed the weight the box can hold.
• The Profit & Quantity review dialog once again hides the additional thousands boxes for the B & C quantities when they do not exist on the Estimate.

Invoices

• Fixed an issue when adding line items that caused the first item's description to change to match that of the last item the user was in when the Add button is clicked to add another item.

Jobs

• When printing a Job Ticket from the entry screen, canceling the print dialogs will no longer print the report anyhow.
• The Printing tab now shows the finished size next to the impression information.
• When printing the Job Ticket, if the printer dialogs are displayed and the user enters a number of copies, the number of copies entered are printed instead of that number squared. In other words, 3 copies would yield 9 pages, 4 copies would yield 16 pages, etc.
• In Digital Jobs, when printing the Cutout + Layout report, the pictures are now correctly using the settings from the Estimate Component on which the Job is based.

Press

• In the list view, fixed a bug in the Assign->Assign ScheduleBoard Options function that was causing windows to freeze on top of each other.PrePress
• In the listview, a default search has been established based on the is_Active field

Quotes

• When emailing a Combiquote as a simple text email instead of a PDF attachment, the "Show Price Per Each" check box from the Quote is honored when building the text of the email

Web2Print

• In Web2Print Sites, when downloading Products from the site, the "Local Path for Downloaded Source PDFs When Synching from An Existing Site" must be a valid path
• In Web2Print Sites, the passwords for the mySQL database are now obscured.
• In Products, a Product can no longer be deleted if it is in use by any Web2Print Sites
