Estimates

• Custom feature change for specific PrintPoint customer: when creating a new Estimate by cloning an Estimate Template, if the global markup Preference is now different from the one saved with the Estimate Template, the user is alerted to the change when the new Estimate is calculated. Previously, this was not done until the new Estimate was saved and closed and the user returned to modify the Estimate. This is behavior continues for all other customers for now because the original intent of the Estimate Template was to provide an EXACT copy of the Estimate including the price. In the future, a Preference will be created to allow others to override this behavior as well.
