Customers

• On the Accounting tab, a Customer can now have a specific Invoice SuperReport linked for use when printing Invoices. If the Use Custom Invoice Report checkbox is selected, the report will be used for printing the Invoice. Separate reports are selected for printing and emailing.
• On the Additional Information tab, a Customer can now have a specific Quote SuperReport linked for use when printing Quotes. If the Default Quote Report Options checkbox is selected, a default Letter Template can be selected for Letter Quotes and default SuperReports can be selected for printing and emailing CombiQuotes.
• On the Additional Information tab, the default type of Quote for a Customer can be set using the radio buttons in the Default Quote Report Options area. This setting is NOT dependent on the Default Quote Report Options checkbox.

Invoices

• When printing or emailing an Invoice, the Customer record is checked to see if there is a default SuperReport specified to be used. If not, the selected report in Preferences would be used. If no report is specified or activated, the internal Invoice report is used.

Quotes

• When creating a new Quote for a Customer, warn the user if the selected Quote Type (Letter or Combiquote) does not match the default type for that Customer. See New Features above.
• When printing or emailing a Quote, the Customer record is checked to see if there is a default SuperReport specified to be used. If not, the selected report in Preferences would be used. If no report is specified or activated, the internal Quote report is used.

Estimates

• In Digital Estimate entry, cleaned up issues with the customization popup.
• In Digital Estimate entry, fixed a bug when selecting a device in the Visual Setup dialog which caused an inability to view the Device on the main Estimate or look it up from the Printing $ explanation dialog.

Product Component Definition

• In List View, cloning now works properly.

Virtual Structure

• Fixed an issue in finding a table in the Virtual Structure which caused us to find "InkTable" instead of "Ink".
