List Views

• Updated the shortcuts for hidden functions on the list view so that they worked. Buttons are now enabled only in the list views for which they apply.

Web2Print Users

• On the Permissions page, clicking Show Shipping and Tax Message will turn off Show Taxes, and vice versa, as these are mutually exclusive properties.

Jobs

• Add code to trigger to delete job gang run records and linking records when deleting jobs.
• Fixed an issue with custom code for gang printing that was causing records to be duplicated when converting a set of linked Estimates or a Digital Estimate into linked Jobs.
