New Features

General

  • A new utility routine has been created to clear Job Information from really old Estimates whose Jobs had been deleted.

Changes

Invoices

  • When exporting to QuickBooks, the Sales Category of the Digital or Large Format Device is exported as the QB Class. Previously, this only happened for the Offset Press.

Emailing

  • Added the ability to attach documents from your computer.

User Prefs

  • Email tab, Mac: Users can now control the amount of time PrintPoint waits for the PDF to be created. This prevents a "freeze" if something goes wrong when trying to create a PDF document.
  • Email tab, Windows: The PDF995 folder path related objects only appear when PDF995 is the selected PDF driver

Estimates

  • When printing the Estimate, the internal Estimate forms for Digital and Large Format now show the Paper or Media Vendor similar to the Offset Estimate.

Purchase Orders

  • The history field gets a time stamp when it's been emailed or printed and properly shows the action. It previously always said printed even when it was being emailed.

Fixes

Estimates

  • Large Format: When in the drawing dialog, switching media from sheet to roll will now make sure that the leading margin is always oriented to the width of the roll.
  • Digital: Made changes in an attempt to fix the rare occurrence of the randomly 'disappearing' Customize popup.

Scheduling

  • Fixed a bug that was allowing Schedule Groups to have none, or more than one Master Activity.
