Invoices

• When creating a new Invoice, if the selected Customer is marked as tax exempt, the Taxed checkbox next to the Shipping Total is now defaulted to be OFF.

Estimates

• Fixed a runtime error in opening post-press selector dialog if the selected post-press item does not have any difficulty levels set. Also occurred when clicking on any other post-press activity that did not have any difficulty levels.
