Preferences

• Jobs: A new checkbox to Use Printed Finished Pieces as Quantity. When selected, an Estimate for Lots or Booklets will have its quantity multiplied by the number of lots or signatures when a Job is created. The calculation is placed in the Printed or Produced field on the Job entry screen.
• Invoices: A new checkbox to Use Printed Finished Pieces as Quantity. When selected, an Estimate for Lots or Booklets will have its quantity multiplied by the number of lots or signatures when a Invoice is created. The calculation is used as the Quantity for the Invoice Item if the preference Use Shipped Quantity instead of Ordered Quantity is not selected.
• Quotes: A new checkbox to Use Printed Finished Pieces as Quantity. When selected, an Estimate for Lots or Booklets will have its quantity multiplied by the number of lots or signatures when a Quote is created. The calculation is used as the Quantity for the Quote Item.

Scheduling Rules

• Fixed an error that appears when opening Scheduling Rules when the Job Costing structure has not been defined yet.
